Dear Mike:
Our city employees are working the 1991 Ford Grapple Boom Truck that we purchased from you in March of this year. I wish that you could have seen the look on the faces of our employees when they first saw the truck. They all said "It looks good, don't it?" I have spoken with each of them since they have used the truck and they have told me that this truck performs as good as it looks. This piece of equipment has increased our ability to deliver service to our citizens and has certainly made it easier on our employees at the same time.
This truck is exactly like you represented it to us. I appreciate your straightforward approach to selling this truck to us and your candid opinion as to the over-all truck quality. On our next purchase I certainly will not hesitate to contact Trucks & Parts. Mike, I thank you for your assistance with our purchase.
