We have been customers of Trucks of Tampa since 2005. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you our positive experience with Mark Rentschlar, our sales representative, and the entire staff at Trucks.com [Trucks of Tampa]. The management of the company and the staff are people-friendly and very professional.
We purchased three roll-off rubbish trucks and one front-loading rubbish truck from Mark over the last four years. We have been impressed with their quality of service and customer satisfaction. Mark did not "sell" us the equipment. His goal was to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchases from him.
When you visit the facility and take a test drive of any vehicle, anything that is wrong with the vehicle is taken care of immediately. If you want to make some adjustments to the vehicle, that too is taken care of by the staff.
Their service does not stop there. They use trucking companies whose drivers are courteous and professional. Our vehicles were delivered to our facility without incident and ON TIME.
In all, we have been well-cared-for and treated by Mark and the entire staff of Trucks.com. We recommend them and their services, without reservation, to any company looking for reliable work vehicles for their business.
