Quality starts at the core. We thoroughly inspect each power steering core. Shafts, gears, bearings, valves, pistons and housings are replaced as necessary.
Each unit is dyno tested. All units are checked on our state-of-the-art Dynomometer for external leakage, internal leakage, smoothness of operation, torque output and relief system. All steering gear units are load tested at their specific maximum pressure flow settings. |
