Trucks & Parts provides a one-year written warranty on transfer cases and diesel engines.

- Trucks & Parts warrants that remanufactured transmissions, rear-ends, transfer cases, power steering gear boxes and diesel engines, purchased for use in an on-highway application are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year on a national basis. Units purchased for off-highway applications are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.

- These remanufactured units are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the number of months indicated on each unit. Trucks & Parts, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace or refund any failed unit during this period. Trucks & Parts liability, under this warranty, shall in any event not exceed original unit purchase price. To make a claim under this warranty, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to immediately contact Trucks & Parts.
- The warranty does not cover failures caused by any of the following:

- Improper installation and/or maintenance
- Accidents, abuse or improper application/use
- Lack of proper lubrication
- Progressive damage caused by another source, including shock load failure

- In no event shall Trucks & Parts be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to labor, lost profit, downtime and/or towing charges.
