Quick Facts to Know: 2018 Toyota Sequoia

November 14, 2018 by Chris Teague

The Toyota Sequoia is an aging model that hasn’t had a major redesign in a decade. For the 2018 model year the Sequoia gets some incremental improvements.

There is a new front grille and lower bumper, LED headlights, daytime running lights, fog lights and upgraded exterior trim. A cabin upgrade gives Sequoia new gauges, 4.2-inch dash screen and leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Toyota has added standard advanced safety technology to bring the Sequoia in step with the rest of its product line. Although the Sequoia shares a platform and an engine with the Tundra pickup truck, it trades the truck’s 10,000 pound-plus towing capacity for eight-person seating and more comfort and convenience features.
