The Ford F-series is the best-selling vehicle in the United States. - The 2019 Ford F-150 can tow up to 13,200 pounds in certain configurations.
Mileage
- When equipped with the base 3.3-liter V6 engine and rear-wheel drive, the F-150 has EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 19 mpg in city driving, 25 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg combined. With four-wheel drive, the ratings change to 18 mpg city/23 mpg highway/20 mpg combined.
- When equipped with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 and four-wheel drive, the F-150 has EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 16 mpg in city driving, 21 mpg on the highway and 18 mpg combined.
Safety
- The 2019 F-150 comes standard with front/side/canopy airbags, roll stability control, trailer sway control, an SOS post-crash alert system and a passive anti-theft system.
- The F-150 is available with a reverse sensing system, a blind spot monitoring system, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, a pre-collision system and a lane-keep assist system.
