Mack Builds Ultra-Luxurious Truck for a Sultan

When Malaysia’s Sultan of Johor commissioned the Australian division of Mack Trucks to build him a Super-Liner, the company didn’t just offer His Royal Highness a regular rig: They created the most expensive (and dare we say luxurious) model the brand has ever produced.

The “dazzling” custom-made palace-truck was built at Mack’s Brisbane factory, where it took one year to complete, according to the UK’s Daily Mail. The result is a rather impressive model that boasts an array of luxurious features fit for a royal. Glamour aside, the truck’s distinct purpose will be to tow the Sultan’s speed boat in style. Rumor has it the truck was purchased for a whopping $1 million (or more).
