High monthly payments don’t have to be part of the experience of owning a large SUV. This month, automakers are offering low financing rates and payment deals on mass-market and luxury SUVs as 2018 models have their last hurrah on dealer lots.
Trucks.com compiled a list of deals that represent the best value for consumers. Incentives vary by region, so always check with a local dealership. And don’t be afraid to negotiate.
All the deals in this article are valid through at least Dec. 3, although some may be extended.
Deal: 0.0% financing for 60 months and $1,000 bonus cash
The Nissan Armada seats eight and has the performance chops to conquer on- and off-road terrain. The model was redesigned for the 2017 model year and for 2018 comes standard with Nissan Connect, the company’s combination navigation, security and entertainment system, which is anchored by an 8-inch touch-screen display. The company has also added more USB ports to the family-friendly model. Top-tier Armadas now come with a rearview camera mirror in addition to the traditional rearview mirror.
As part of this offer, qualified buyers can choose between 0.0% APR financing for up to 60 months or $3,500 cash back. Buyers who opt for the low rate offer can get $1,000 bonus cash when they purchase an Armada Platinum trim. This deal ends Dec. 3.
Deal: $599 per month for 39 months with $7,189 due at signing
Chevrolet’s original SUV, the Suburban, has been around since 1935 and is continuously evolving to keep up with customer demands. The 2018 Suburban LT is powered by a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine that achieves 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. It comes standard with an 8-inch touch-screen infotainment display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, leather-appointed first- and second-row seats, heated front seats, forward collision alert, and a power liftgate. The model included as part of this deal has an MSRP of $58,280.
The amount due at signing varies. Current lessees of 2012 model year or newer select General Motors vehicles owe just $5,189 at signing. Others pay $7,189 at signing. This nationwide lease comes with a 32,500-mile limit and expires Nov. 30.
Deal: $3,000 purchase allowance
The GMC Yukon is an upscale family hauler that seats seven, eight or nine depending on the configuration buyers choose. The 2018 model received some minor changes from the previous year’s offering including a revised features and package lineup and a new grille. Denali models now come standard with a 10-speed automatic transmission that is paired with a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine, while other Yukons have their 355-horsepower 5.3-liter V8 power plant mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
To qualify for this offer, buyers must finance through GM Financial. Purchasers can get an additional $1,000 off their purchase when they trade in a 1999 model year or newer vehicle. This deal expires Nov. 30.
Deal: $449 per month for 36 months with $5,549 due at signing
Ford completely redesigned the Expedition for the 2018 model year, carrying over the aesthetics from the F-150 into the new SUV. The base Ford Expedition XLT is powered by a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine, same as the model’s higher-trim models. It also has a host of family-friendly features including second-row tip-and-slide seats, 15 cup holders, a power flat-folding third row and four USB ports. Its third-row seat also reclines.
This deal is for the 2018 Ford Expedition XLT 4×2 with Equipment Group 200A. It comes with a 31,500-mile limit and expires on Jan. 1.
Deal: $529 per month for 36 months with $3,999 due at signing
The Toyota Sequoia has gotten a number of upgrades for the 2018 model year including a new front grille and lower bumper, standard LED headlights, a 4.2-inch driver information screen and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The three-row SUV also comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense P, the company’s suite of advanced safety technology. It is powered by a 381-horsepower 5.7-liter V8 engine that is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and can tow 7,400 pounds. The SR5 trim is the Sequoia’s base grade.
This offer comes with a 10,000-mile limit and expires Dec. 3.
Deal: $393 per month for 36 months with $4,429 due at signing
The base Nissan Armada SV is powered by the same 5.8-liter V8 engine that is under the hood of all Armada grades. It rides on 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, seating eight in three rows. It comes standard with an 8-inch infotainment touch-screen display, dual-zone automatic climate control, four cup holders, eight bottle holders, an underfloor rear cargo area, leather-wrapped steering wheel and a 13-speaker sound system. The Nissan Armada SV 4×4 included in this offer has a $50,695 MSRP.
This offer comes with a 10,000-mile-per-year limit and expires Dec. 3. Qualified lessees may be eligible to receive $500 bonus cash.
Deal: $1,500 cash allowance and $1,500 customer cash
For the 2018 model year, the Chevrolet Tahoe got a number of new available upgrades including the RST Edition (LT and Premier models only), RST 6.2L Performance Package, Custom Edition (LS models only), Havana Metallic and Satin Steel Metallic paint jobs, Borla performance exhaust system and six-piston Brembo front brake package. The model comes standard with LED daytime driving lights. The 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe starts at $47,900 and tops out well over $65,000.
A total of $3,000 in cash allowances is available when buyers finance their new Tahoe with GM Financial by Nov. 30.
Deal: 2.9% financing for 60 months and $1,250 in bonus cash
Ford’s supersized SUV comes in three grades: XLT, Limited and Platinum. The model starts at $51,790, and each trim adds approximately $11,000 to the base price. Each is powered by the same 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine and has a 9,300-pound towing capacity. Platinum models receive a power upgrade to 400 horsepower from 375 horsepower). The model comes standard with rear-wheel drive; all-wheel drive is available. Ford’s flagship SUV has above-average cargo space.
To qualify for this offer, customers must receive Ford Credit financing. The deal expires Jan. 1.
