New year, new giant SUV. Automakers are offering lease and financing deals on a handful of full-size SUVs, from the fancy 2019 Escalade to freshly redesigned 2019 Lincoln Navigator. Ford’s Expedition, Chevy’s Tahoe and Suburban as well as and GMC’s Yukon are no exception. Infiniti’s QX80 and Nissan’s Armada also made the nice list.
Trucks.com compiled a list of deals that represent the best value for consumers. Incentives vary by region, so always check with a local dealership. And don’t be afraid to negotiate.
All the deals in this article are valid through at least Dec. 3, although some may be extended.
Purchase deal: 0.9% financing for 48 months plus $1,000 purchase allowance
The 2019 Cadillac Escalade hauls people and cargo in style. Powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine that’s paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, the Cadillac can easily tow up to its 8,300-pound limit. Both the Escalade and the ESV seat eight, but the Escalade ESV is nearly two feet longer, allowing for more seating and cargo space, as well as a larger fuel tank.
This offer is for all Escalade and Escalade ESV trims. Qualified buyers must take delivery by Jan. 2.
Lease deal: $589 per month for 39 months with $6,849 due at signing
The Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD LT gets its power from a 5.3-liter V8 engine that delivers 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The model features a single-speed four-wheel drive transfer case, trailering hitch platform, 2-inch trailering receiver and hill-start assist.
The SUV in this offer is well-appointed, with a power liftgate with height memory, heated bucket seats, leather appointed seats, lane-keep assist, power-adjustable pedals and forward-collision alert. It also comes standard with an 8-inch touch screen display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, a Bose sound system and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot.
The 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe starts at $47,900, and the midgrade model available as part of this lease has a MSRP of $55,900. Qualified lessees must take delivery by Jan. 2.
Current lessees of 2012 model year or newer Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC vehicles who wish to take advantage of this offer pay $4,849 at signing.
Lease deal: $459 per month for 36 months with $5,595 due at signing
The Ford Expedition was completely redesigned for the 2018 model year. Ford uses the same engine, a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6, across the board, although in lower trims it achieves 375 horsepower, compared with the top-tier Platinum model’s 400 horsepower.
The Expedition XLT that is part of this offer has a starting MSRP of $51,790. The 200A Equipment Group comes standard on the model and includes audio controls on the steering wheel, a power-folding third-row seat and 18-inch machined-face aluminum wheels.
Qualified lessees must take delivery of their new Expedition by Jan. 2.
Lease deal: $449 per month for 39 months with $5,039 due at signing
The GMC Yukon received some minor enhancements for the 2018 model year including a revised grille. GMC has also realigned the trim-level offerings. The SLE, SLT Standard and SLT grades are all powered by a 5.3-liter V8 engine that achieves 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque.
Despite being a base model, the SLE comes standard with numerous creature comforts including tri-zone climate control, 60/40 split folding second- and third-row seats, one-touch power-down windows, keyless entry and remote start. The SUV also comes equipped with a rearview camera, front- and rear-park assist, an 8-inch infotainment touch screen display, Teen Driver Mode and rear seat reminder.
This offer comes with a 32,500-mile limit and expires Jan. 2.
Lease deal: $830 per month for 36 months with $8,925 due at signing
The Lincoln Navigator moved the goal posts for large SUVs when it debuted as a completely redesigned 2018 model. It’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine that is paired with a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission. The Navigator achieves 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque.
The interior of the Navigator is outfitted in high-end materials and features a fresh, modern design. The SUV comes with a long list of standard safety features, has spacious seating in each row and excellent cargo space. It comes standard with a 10-inch touch screen, a 14-speaker Revel audio system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation and a Wi-Fi hot spot.
This offer comes with a 10,500-mile-per-year limit. Lessees must be qualified through Lincoln Automotive Financial Services.
Lease deal: $349 per month for 24 months with $4,499 due at signing
The Nissan Armada is a capable off-roader with a good towing capacity and finely appointed cabin. The eight-seater SUV is powered by a 5.6-liter V8 engine that provides ample power, delivering best-in-class standard maximum horsepower. It can tow up to 8,500 pounds when properly equipped.
The Armada was last redesigned in 2017 and did not receive any major updates for the 2018 model year.
This offer on the Armada includes floor mats. It comes with a 10,000-mile-per-year limit and expires Jan. 2.
Purchase deal: $3,750 cash allowance
The Chevrolet Suburban features many of the same design and mechanical features as its sister vehicle, the Chevrolet Tahoe. For the 2018 model year, Chevrolet added the RST Edition to Suburban LT and Premier trims. There are two new paint jobs: Havana Metallic and Satin Steel Metallic. LED daytime running lights have become standard. Chevy has also made a new dealer-installed exhaust system and Brembo front brake package available.
This offer on the Suburban includes a $1,500 cash allowance when the offer is financed with GM Financial, $1,500 in customer cash and $750 in bonus cash. The offer excludes models powered by the available 6.0-liter V8 engine and expires Jan. 2.
Purchase deal: 1.9% financing for 60 months
The Infiniti Q80 has gotten a number of safety upgrades for the 2019 model year, following more substantial upgrades to the model for 2018. It has a lower starting price than its rivals but comes up short on infotainment (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are not available). It still has above-average cargo capacity, a smooth ride quality and seating for seven.
Buyers must be qualified through Infiniti Financial Services to receive the low financing rate. The offer expires Jan. 2.
Purchase deal: $7,000 allowance
The 2018 Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV are similar to the 2017 model except for 2018 the V8 engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission instead of an eight-speed. Since its 2015 redesign, the model has continually been upgraded to include new technology such as the Teen Driver system and rear seat reminder. A rearview camera mirror is available.
This offer expires Jan. 2.
