Best December Heavy-Duty Truck Lease and Financing Deals

December 12, 2018 by Eileen Falkenberg-Hull, @writeEILEEN

Competition in the heavy-duty pickup segment is heating up. Ford is testing the next generation of its F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. Chevrolet recently showed the styling of its all-new 2020 Silverado HD models ahead of a 2019 debut. And Ram’s 2020 HD trucks may go on sale in the second or third quarter of 2019.

All the activity, combined with end-of-the-year sales, means this December is a good time to shop for a new heavy-duty truck.

Trucks.com compiled a list of deals that represent the best value for consumers. Incentives vary by region, so always check with a local dealership. And don’t be afraid to negotiate.

All the deals in this article are valid through at least Jan. 2, although some may be extended.

Purchase deal: Up to $10,687 in total savings

The Nissan Titan XD is heavily discounted this holiday season. A combination of offers brings the best deal to the table. The automaker is offering a $2,187 savings on the Chrome Package and $7,500 cash back or 0 percent financing for 60 months when buyers purchase a SL or Platinum grade Titan XD. Current owners of competitors’ trucks may qualify for $1,000 in conquest cash. In order to take advantage of these offers, buyers must purchase from dealer stock by Jan. 2.

Purchase deal: 0% financing for 60 months and up to $3,187 in total savings

Have your cake, and eat it too. Qualified buyers looking at the Nissan Titan XD SL and Platinum trims can finance the truck at the low rate and save $2,187 when they opt for the Chrome Package. Then, those who already own a competitor’s truck can get an additional $1,000 in savings when they buy the new Titan XD.

Buyers who wish to not finance their new truck can opt for $7,500 cash back.
